# Change or cancel your plan

> Move to a bigger or smaller plan, or from monthly to yearly, on **Plan and credits**. A bigger plan starts today; a smaller one waits for the end of what you paid.

## From Free to a plan

1. Open **Plan and credits**.
1. Pick **Monthly** or **Yearly** (yearly saves 20%).
1. Press **Choose …** on the plan you want. The payment page opens.
1. Pay. Back in Montage: « Thank you. Your credits arrive in a moment. »

## Switch to another plan

1. On **Plan and credits**, your plan is marked **Your plan**. Press **Switch to …** on another one.
1. A window asks first, with the new price and its credits a month.
1. Press **Switch to …** to confirm.

## Cancel your plan

For now, press **Contact support**, bottom left of the app (in the menu on a phone), and ask us to cancel it.

A plan that is ending says « … · ends on » and its date. You keep it, and its credits, until then.

## When a payment does not go through

Back on Plan and credits, a panel says **Your payment didn't go through**, what you tried and when, and « Nothing was charged ». Press **Try another card**, or **Contact support** and we sort it out with you.

## Questions

### Who can change the plan?

Only an owner or an admin of the workspace. Others see « Only an owner or an admin can change the plan or buy credits. »

### Are prices with tax?

No. Prices are before tax; tax is added when you pay, if your country charges it.

### Can I take back a move to a smaller plan?

Montage can, until the date, but the page has no button for it today: press **Contact support**.
