# Comments from a client

> Invite a client by email: they get their own link, watch the video and click the picture where something should change. Their comments land in your video, ready for Montage.

## Invite a client

1. Open your video and press **Share**.
1. In the **Private** tab, write their address in « Invite by email » and press **Invite**.
1. They get an email: « … sent you « your video » to review », with their own link.

The **Private** tab lists who can open the video: your team, marked **Team**, then each person invited. The × beside a person takes their access away.

## What your client does

1. They open their link. No account: they see « Hi », who sent it, and two steps.
1. « Play it. »
1. « Pause where something should change, click the picture, write it. »

Their comments show under their email's name. Someone who came with the public link comments under the first name they give.

## Turn their comments into changes

1. In your video, open **Comments**: theirs are there, each at its moment and its spot.
1. Press **Fix all**. Every open comment goes to Montage at once, and Montage makes the changes.
1. Your client sees the new version on the same link.

> **Montage reads a comment only when you press Fix all.** Until then, it is a note for you; you can also mark it resolved yourself.

## Questions

### Does my client need a Montage account?

No. Their link opens the video, and they comment under their email's name.

### Can my client see the conversation with Montage?

No. They see the video and the comments only.
