# Invite your team

> Bring people into your workspace: they see and work on every video, and share its credits. Inviting comes with the Max and Ultra plans.

## Invite someone

1. Open the menu at the foot of the sidebar (on a phone, the round button at the bottom), then **Workspace and team**.
1. Under **Invite someone**, write their email and press **Send the invitation**.
1. A window says what it costs. Press **Invite**, or **Pay and invite** when it adds a seat.
1. They get an email: « … invites you to … ». On its page, they press **Accept** (or **Decline**).

## What a seat costs

Each person is a seat. A new seat is paid today for the days left in the period, then with the rest of the plan. Prices are before tax. On Free, Plus and Pro, inviting opens the plans: « Inviting your team comes with a higher plan. »

## Who can do what

| Role | What they can do |

| **Owner** | Pays for the workspace. Renames it, invites, removes. |
| **Admin** | Renames the workspace, invites, removes. |
| **Member** | Sees and works on every video. Can leave the workspace. |

An invitation not answered yet shows « Invited ». From its row: **Copy the invitation link** or **Cancel the invitation**.

## Questions

### What happens when I remove someone?

They lose access to this workspace now. What they made stays here, and their seat stays paid until the period ends, so you can give it to someone else at no extra cost.

### Is a team member the same as a client I invite to a video?

No. A client sees one video and comments, with no account and no seat. [Comments from a client](/docs/share/guests)

### Do we share credits?

Yes. Everyone in the workspace sees every video and shares the same credits.
