Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Montage, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for your subscription.

2. Refund Eligibility

Monthly Subscriptions

Within 14 days of initial purchase: Full refund, no questions asked.
After 14 days: No refund. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Annual Subscriptions

Within 30 days of initial purchase: Full refund, no questions asked.
After 30 days: Pro-rated refund for unused months at our discretion.

Renewals

Auto-renewal charges: If you forgot to cancel before renewal, contact us within 7 days for a full refund of the renewal charge.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Partial months of service
Downgrade differences (switching from a higher to lower plan)
Services suspended due to Terms of Service violations
Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless otherwise stated)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

Email us at ben@getmontage.ai with your account email and reason for the refund.
Include your order or transaction ID (available in your account settings or Creem receipt).
We will process your request within 5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed through Creem, our merchant of record, to the original payment method.
It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase.

6. Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund:

Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
Refund returns money for a charge already made.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
